This Is Me

A performance that combines a lecture and songs from well-known musicals, discussing the issue of the personal development of a person from the underrepresented populations in Israel and around the world.
It is the personal story of a gay boy who grows up in an alienated environment that excludes him and his challenging journey to overcome all the difficulties, discrimination, and exclusion and start a family of his own—an exciting journey from detachment to belonging through one's mental powers.

 

The show is intended for the entire population, organizations, companies, institutions, and schools (starting in the tenth grade) and aims to sharpen the message of acceptance of others and strengthening tolerance for diverse populations. 

 

The show lasts about an hour and is suitable for theater halls. It requires a projector, lighting, and a high-quality amplification and sound system. 

 

The cost of the show is 3,500 NIS (not including rental, lighting, and sound). All proceeds are dedicated to promoting and strengthening Israel's underrepresented populations.

Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

A lecture about the importance of developing the topic of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the impact it has on business success and employee experience as well as on the community.
In the lecture, we will review professional concepts from the field of diversity and inclusion in the business world, present studies conducted on the subject, and present a case study of implementing diversity and inclusion processes in a high-tech organization with 6,000 employees. The lecture is great for organizations that want to implement diversity and inclusion and for organizations that want to bring the subject to life.

 

The lecture is intended for human resources teams and senior management and can also be used as a preliminary stage for implementation for the entire organization.

 

The lecture is an hour long and requires a projector.

 

The cost of the lecture is 3,500 NIS. All proceeds are dedicated to promoting and strengthening the underrepresented populations in Israel.

Inclusive Culture

A lecture that sheds light on the concept of inclusive culture and how to create inclusive spaces in the workplace and in various settings such as schools. 
What practical steps can we take to be more inclusive in the different spaces of our lives? How can we make people from underrepresented and discriminated populations feel that they belong and are part of the society in which we live? A person with disabilities in the workplace, a child from the gay community at school, a woman who does not receive a promotion despite her skills and abilities, an Ethiopian who fails to get jobs, and more. Why is this happening and how can it be changed?

 

The lecture is intended for the general population, and in particular for organizations and companies that want to promote their social responsibility and the values of equal opportunity and tolerance.

 

The lecture is one hour long and requires a projector.
